Ramadan Elgebali

Ramadan Elgebali has practised law since 2001, advising individuals and businesses on labour, social insurance, tax and commercial matters. He joined Youssry Saleh Law Firm in 2003 and represents clients before the Egyptian courts.

His tax experience covers corporate and individual taxation, customs and the treatment of business transactions. He has handled disputes involving services and intangible assets, transfer pricing in international goods transactions, and the tax treatment of tangible assets in acquired companies.

His clients have included large corporations and private enterprises, as well as small and medium-sized businesses and import and export companies. He handles commercial disputes, drafts and reviews contracts and other legal documents, and prepares court memoranda and legal opinions.
