Ahmed Salah

Ahmed Salah advises companies and investors on corporate transactions and represents them in commercial, civil and administrative disputes. His experience includes both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, from corporate structuring and due diligence to the drafting and execution of acquisition agreements.

He has worked with financial and regulatory advisers on transactions and advised on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. His experience includes joint ventures, private equity, securities issuance and capital investment financing, with work across software, healthcare, manufacturing, banking and retail.

His contract work includes drafting and reviewing FIDIC contracts and franchise agreements for infrastructure projects and commercial expansion. He also prepares legal opinions and civil and commercial contracts.

In disputes, Ahmed has represented companies and investors in high-value commercial and investment matters before the courts and in arbitration and mediation. He also handles civil and administrative cases arising from commercial activity.
