Litigation and arbitration
Criminal litigation is a core part of GYA’s work. Our lawyers handle complaints, investigations and court proceedings, including the study of case files, witness evidence and technical reports, the preparation of defence submissions and the conduct of appeals.
Our civil and commercial work includes contractual disputes, financial claims, compensation and enforcement. Arbitration and mediation form a further part of the practice, alongside court proceedings concerning arbitral awards.
Advice on business and personal affairs
We advise on company formation and governance, commercial contracts and corporate procedures. The practice also covers employment relationships, real estate transactions, registration and notarisation.
We draft and review contracts and address the legal requirements of transactions and company decisions.
Where practice areas meet
A company dispute may involve shareholder rights, contractual obligations and financial claims. An employment matter may begin with advice on a contract and later require proceedings before the labour office or court. Property work can involve a transaction, registration and a dispute over rights or enforcement.
