Youssry Saleh

Youssry Saleh is a founding partner of GYA with forty years of experience in legal practice. He is also an arbitrator and mediator. He advises Egyptian and multinational businesses on corporate transactions, private equity investments and commercial contracts. His advisory practice also covers intellectual property and tax.

He has worked with senior management and shareholders, attended board meetings and participated in decisions under authority delegated by company chairmen and chief executives.

His project experience includes legal advice on energy and construction projects, including electricity and nuclear projects. His advice has covered concession and commitment agreements, the legal aspects of project feasibility, licensing requirements, permits and government tenders.

Youssry also represents clients in commercial disputes. His experience includes arbitration in Egypt and complex commercial disputes involving different jurisdictions, alongside mediation, corporate debt recovery and insolvency matters.

He founded Youssry Saleh & Partners and co-founded AHYSP in Saudi Arabia. The practice he established at Youssry Saleh & Partners has served corporations, manufacturers, agricultural enterprises and pharmaceutical distributors in Egypt and abroad.
