Overview
Yulia V. Akinfieva advises on commercial transactions, corporate governance and business organisation. She prepares legal documents and opinions, interprets laws and regulations relevant to transactions, conducts negotiations and assesses the legal aspects of project and transaction feasibility.
Her management consulting experience covers corporate reorganisation, strategic planning, business process improvement and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
At Skopos Consulting, she designed and led a knowledge-management initiative across ZAIN operations in Nigeria, Ghana and Tanzania, and wrote a case study of the transformation of ZAIN Nigeria.
She also led a consulting team developing a new business unit and worked on corporate restructuring and business process improvement at Shoura. Her commercial background includes aviation, industrial manufacturing and real estate.
At Luxor Air, she participated in negotiating and contracting for the lease and purchase of private jets and charter aircraft with international counterparties. As a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Betna, she negotiated and completed rental and sale contracts.
