Mohamed Rizk

Mohamed Rizk's private practice has centred on civil, labour and family matters. He has also handled real estate registration and misdemeanour cases.

He prepares cases before filing, obtaining and organising the necessary client documents and drafting pre-action notices where required. He prepares statements of claim supported by legislation, legal commentary and judgments of the Egyptian Court of Cassation.

He attends hearings, responds to the opposing party’s arguments and follows proceedings to judgment. He began legal work in 2015, during his final year at Ain Shams University.
