Ibrahim Hassan represents corporate and individual clients in civil, commercial, economic and employment disputes. His litigation work includes preparing legal memoranda, appeals and cassation memoranda, together with judgment enforcement and debt recovery.
His experience includes public-funds cases and disputes involving brokerage companies and capital markets. Alongside litigation, he drafts and reviews commercial and corporate contracts, prepares legal opinions and conducts legal research. He has also supported arbitration matters.
He joined Youssry Saleh Law Firm in November 2019, following work on litigation and corporate matters at Open Chance & Associates / Dr Helal Farghally Law Firm from November 2018 to November 2019.
