Ahmed Samy has practised since 2010, with a focus on criminal litigation. He attends investigations before the Public Prosecution with clients and prepares criminal cases for court.
His experience at Youssry Saleh & Partners also covers civil and commercial disputes before the Egyptian courts, legal advice to companies and contract drafting. He has worked on property registration and transactions, including lease and sale negotiations and the drafting of procurement and development agreements.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a legal researcher at the Ministry of Interior, conducting investigations involving employees and recruits and preparing legal research and opinions.
